COURSE OVERVIEWSTART ANY TIME Take an
Overview of all the courses, from Absolute Beginner to fully qualified Shiatsu
Therapist/Practitioner, registered and insured with the Zen Shiatsu Society. With our unique system of continuous enrolment you can join our regular ongoing course cycles any Tuesday evening (6.30
pm), Thursday afternoon (2.30 pm) or morning or afternoon of the 3rd Saturday of each

Continuous Enrolment means that,
if you put your mind to it, you can complete in 2 years, or take your time over three or
four. We don't mind. We're here to help you!
Your
Tutor Team offers years of teaching experience with nationally recognised educational as
well as shiatsu teaching qualifications.. Your senior teachers, Masters of the Zen
School, trained in Japan with Zen Shiatsu Masters in the lineage of Shizuto
Masunaga. We are registered and insured members of the Zen Shiatsu Society.
Our aim is to offer a flexible study
programme to suit your own needs and resources until you qualify for two great gifts of
life: to make your living by helping others, and by doing what you love.

and disciplined, is able to rise above mere technique and go straight to the core of
being...to reach the soul...the essence.
Kris co-founded the Zen School with the idea of
restoring the spiritual aspect to a therapy other shiatsu schools were describing as a
form of physiotherapy. While we do indeed pay attention to the physical aspect, we
believe it is so much influenced by the way we feel that, if we can only help others
access the deep well of healing-power that lies within each one of us, we can help sustain
the wellness of our natural state in all dimensions: physical, energetic and spiritual.
