The content of this Intensive Immersion course is the
same as for the Beginners Practical Shiatsu. Instead of
doing your 20 practice-treatments between modules (as you
would in the weekly or monthly options), after the Intensive
you go away and do your practice on friends, family and volunteers
- you may find lots of people want o be guinea-pigs for you!
You then return for pre-assesment training and assessment.
If you can't make the Immersion, why not join one of the regular, ongoing which you can join at any time, just by coming by to register 15 minutes
before the start time. These start Tuesday evenings 6.30 pm or Thursday afternoons 2.30 pm, or for the monthly cycle enrol at 10.30am or 2.30pm on the third Saturday of the month, (two sessions, 10.30 am to 1.30 pm and/or 2.30 to 5.30pm.)
Whichever option you choose to suit your preference, the course content is the same. No text-books at this stage - although the Course Manuals and Kris's book (shown on the right) are handy for getting to know the basics.
and you don't need special clothing - something loose-fitting and comfortable to move around in will be fine.
