Kris Deva North
Kris integrates the principles of ancient traditions with modern Life-training
techniques from the Mind Dynamics of the 1970s to state-of-the-art neuro-linguistic
programming of the new millenium with Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler. His experiences
living with Kali-worshippers of Nepal; travelling with a Thai Buddhist monk;
satsang with Shiva Saddhus in the Himalaya, Shamans of Africa, North America and Hawaii,
and Aboriginal men of high degree in Australia; darshan with the Dalai Lama;
witnessing last rites in Varanasi and puja with the Brahmins of Pushkar;
practising the teachings of the Taoist Master Mantak Chia; and Zen Shiatsu Master Takeo Suzuki.
Master of the Zen School, Taoist Master Trainer, Licensed Trainer of NLP,
and Chi Nei Tsang Senior Instructor, Kris has practised healing meditation since 1972 and the Taoist Arts for over 30 years.
After training with Masters in Japan and USA, in 1993 he co-founded the Zen School of Shiatsu and London Tao Centre, in 2002
the Zen Shiatsu Society and in 2004 the Healing NLP Institute.

'Bouncing Back: Thriving in Changing Times' with Dr Wayne Dyer,
and others.
Most recently he has published Taoist Medicine Wheel, Tao of the Shaman Part 1 as an e-book
and co-authored with Mantak Chia a paperback version: Taoist Shaman - Practices from the Wheel of Life.
Kris represents Shiatsu on the Professional Standards Board of the Complementary
and Natural Healthcare Council following his work on the Shiatsu Regulatory Group and the Shiatsu
Schools Forum preparing the Shiatsu National Occupational Standard CNH13.
Kris lives in London with his partner Anamarta, teaching Shiatsu, Taoist Arts and Healing NLP.
